IMTCE 2010

I've been accepted to attend and present my 1st paper at the 7th International Materials Technology Conference and Exhibition (IMTCE) at Hilton Hotel Kuching, Sarawak on 13-16 of June 2010 organize by IMM.

This is a good opportunity for me to get an experience in presenting the paper of project.

My paper project tittle is "X-Ray Computed Tomography for Visualising Inner Structures of Industrial Materials". Below is the basic process of X-Ray CT diagram and this is what about of my project. And of course the project plays with X-Ray beam, Computer programing and Mathematical algorithm in order to reconstruct the image of sample - output of experiment.

Thus, this output can be used for related industrial to solve their problem of invasive testing.

Insyaallah, I will do the best for the sake of my profession and for Nuclear Malaysia obviously.

Safety Passport

If you guys have to work (provide service) with oil and gas company, one of the requirement is the safety passport- called OGSP (oil and gas safety passport). You have to attend one day course at NIOSH and seat for the exam at the end of session. You have to pass the exam in order to get the safety passport.And if u guys have to work with TNB the, NTSP course should be attended and pass the exam. Praise to the GOD, I had passed these two safety courses and been entitled to work with Petronas and TNB for plant service and assessment.
